  • USA – FREE SHIPPING

    Free freight is included on Rollergard, Supergard, Neck guards, Soakers, and Squeegees. This offer is valid for orders being shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and is not valid to Alaska or Hawaii. The free shipping method will either ship via USPS or UPS with shipping speeds ranging from 1 to 3 business days. These shipping speeds are estimates and are not guaranteed. Free shipping options are not available for international orders, retail, and group sales.

    UPS SHIPPING

    Orders begin processing immediately and typically ship the same or next business day from Saginaw, Michigan. Confirmation emails will be sent directly following an order and once shipped, you receive a fulfillment email with a tracking number. Shipping speeds range from 1 to 5 business days. Please note that this is an estimation and is not guaranteed. If you are on a strict deadline, we recommend UPS Overnight or UPS 2-Day. 

  • If you wish to place an international order, please fill out the contact form. This will connect you with our processor who will process your order manually and calculate shipping rates via UPS. The cost of international shipping varies depending on the country of destination, the weight, and size of the package. All international orders are fulfilled via UPS. There is no guarantee of shipping speeds, approximate would be 10 to 15 business days. We currently do not offer free shipping to international addresses. Additional brokerage/duties/taxes may be assessed by your government upon delivery. UPS Expedited will take approximately 5 days or less.

  • For all returns, items must be accompanied by the order# associated with the order and a note stating that you want to return the item. Our return policy is honored within 30 days of the date purchased on our website. All orders past this time frame cannot be returned. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Returns can be sent back to the address below. A full refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
